Insurance & Superbill Information

Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy services at Learning Linx are offered on a private-pay basis. For families with out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill for possible insurance reimbursement.

Our superbills include:

► Provider name, credentials, and NPI
► Practice EIN and contact information
► Service dates and CPT codes
► ICD-10 diagnosis codes
► Session duration and fees

Please note:

► Learning Linx does not bill insurance directly.
► We do not accept assignment of benefits.
► Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan.

📧 Families are responsible for verifying out-of-network therapy benefits with their insurance provider and submitting the superbill for reimbursement.

We recommend asking your insurance company:

👉🏻 Do I have out-of-network benefits for speech therapy / occupational therapy?
👉🏻 What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
👉🏻 Is pre-authorization required?
👉🏻 Is there a deductible that must be met first?

If you have questions about the superbill process, our team is happy to guide you.
